Respect for Intellectual Property

MasterClassBox respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on MasterClassBox infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
2. Identification of the infringing material with a URL
3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
4. A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated. We track DMCA strikes and enforce a three-strike policy.
